I would add:

  • Margaret Thatcher-“Tramp the Dirt Down” (Elvis Costello)

…and let’s not even go into Yoko/John territory.

There must be others out there. Can you name any?

I’ve heard that Patti Boyd was the inspiration for George Harrison’s “For You Blue” and “Something” as well as Clapton’s “You Look Lovely Tonight” besides the well-known Layla. And if you listen to “Have You Ever Loved a Woman” on the Layla album, you can’t think he was thinking of anyone else, altho it was a blues song already written by someone else.
    I think Patti Boyd wins.

Great ones! I was thinking of “Something” myself. Although I don’t know if I’ve ever read definitively that it was about her, I think we can be certain of it.
